Tom Giordanella has been involved in residential and commercial real estate for over twenty years. Upon graduating Manhattanville College in 1985 with a B.A. in Economics, he began his professional career at Coldwell Banker Relocation where he was responsible for marketing an inventory of over 120 residential properties. Tom subsequently worked at People’s Bank in their corporate headquarters as the bank’s foreclosed property specialist.

In 1990, Tom joined MJB Real Estate Services. He has been responsible for the management of both commercial and residential real estate throughout Connecticut and New York. After several years at this capacity, and after obtaining his real estate license, he was promoted to VP of Property Management/Leasing. He currently oversees in excess of 500,000 SF of both commercial and residential properties throughout the state.

When asked what is most gratifying about his career, Tom stated: “It would have to be helping others achieve their financial goals. Whether servicing a property owner or the many tenants that MJB represents (both existing and potential), facilitating events that lead to success is a very rewarding experience”.
