Steven K. Makowski is a licensed commercial real estate salesperson in the State of Connecticut.

Steven began his real estate career marketing commercial properties for one of southern Fairfield County’s most recognized commercial real estate brokerage firms. Utilizing his skills as a marketing professional, Mr. Makowski realized his true passion was brokerage.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut with a B.A. in Economics, Steven has implemented his economics and finance background into his analysis of commercial real estate markets and investment properties throughout the Northeast. Mr. Makowski’s focus is primarily on the lease and/or sale of property in the retail sector, but has also successfully completed sales and leases of land, industrial, office and residential properties.

Steven is dedicated to the investments of his clients with whom he maintains close relationships after closing his deals. He is the epitome of a hard working, well-respected businessman.

Steven, under the tutelage of Aimee Montanaro, has become a major hub of MJB's marketing department.  He is in charge of updating MJB's web site, obtaining marketing data, drafting marketing documents and assisting MJB's agents to ensure quality service(s) are rendered to all MJB's clients.

A lifetime resident of Connecticut, Steven resides in Ansonia, CT.
