Kim Wagner has been involved in property management and real estate for over ten years. Throughout her college career, she worked at Coldwell Banker as a Relocation Counselor actively involved in selling, buying and managing inventory properties for relocating families both domestically and internationally. Upon graduating Teikyo Post University in 1995 with a B.A. in Business Management, Kim continued her career with Coldwell Banker where she worked for over six years.

She joined MJB in 2005, bringing with her both commercial and residential management and leasing experience. Currently she is responsible for managing over 300,000 square feet of commercial, industrial and residential properties throughout Connecticut. In addition to obtaining the CPM designation, she is an active member of IREM.

Kim resides in Naugatuck, CT with her two children, Preston and Leah.
