Mark J. Brockwell is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the state of Connecticut. Founder of MJB Real Estate in 1989, Mr. Brockwell has expanded his company offices to include New Haven and Hartford Counties.

Daniel D. Johnson graduated from Colorado State University in 1984 with a B.S. degree in Finance and Real Estate. Upon graduation, Mr. Johnson became involved in the real estate profession in various capacities including corporate relocation, property management, general contracting, investment management, and leasing. He co-founded MJB Real Estate Services in 1989.

Aimee Montanaro is a licensed commercial real estate broker in the State of Connecticut, and for the past 12 years she has been working in the real estate industry in various capacities including construction, project management, property management, commercial sales and leasing. 

Ms. Montanaro of Westport, Connecticut graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and furthered her education by graduating with a Masters of Organizational Management and Leadership from Antoich University in Los Angeles, California.

Aimee is also a professional equestrian who over the years has earned many national and state awards in addition to qualifying and competing in various national horse shows such the National Horse Show at Madison Square Garden in New York City, the International Horse Show in Washington D.C, the Pennsylvania National Horse Show in Harrisburg, PA. Aimee has also competed, trained and taught on the top equestrian circuits in the country including those held in Palm Beach, Florida; Indio, California; and Tuscon, Arizona. Aimee currently consults, trains and teaches both horses and people from coast-to-coast.

Steven K. Makowski is a licensed commercial real estate salesperson in the State of Connecticut.

Steven began his real estate career marketing commercial properties for one of southern Fairfield County’s most recognized commercial real estate brokerage firms. Utilizing his skills as a marketing professional, Mr. Makowski realized his true passion was brokerage.

Kim Wagner has been involved in property management and real estate for over ten years. Throughout her college career, she worked at Coldwell Banker as a Relocation Counselor actively involved in selling, buying and managing inventory properties for relocating families both domestically and internationally. Upon graduating Teikyo Post University in 1995 with a B.A. in Business Management, Kim continued her career with Coldwell Banker where she worked for over six years.

Tom Giordanella has been involved in residential and commercial real estate for over twenty years. Upon graduating Manhattanville College in 1985 with a B.A. in Economics, he began his professional career at Coldwell Banker Relocation where he was responsible for marketing an inventory of over 120 residential properties. Tom subsequently worked at People’s Bank in their corporate headquarters as the bank’s foreclosed property specialist.
