Since its beginning in 1990, MJB Real Estate’s Property Management division has been awarded well over two million square feet of management contracts. Our managed properties include office buildings, shopping centers, industrial facilities and residential apartments located in both cities and suburbs.

MJB’s accounting department updates account receivables and payables daily, which allows our property managers to pursue uncollected rents promptly. In addition, our system allows the owner to view the current financial status of a property at any given time.

Preventative maintenance and capital plans are developed to maintain and add value to the asset. Communication with tenants and the owner alike sets us apart. MJB provides the necessary tools to assist its clients in making the appropriate decisions to save money and increase cash flow.
