• Development of a press release advertisement to be disseminated to newspapers and trade journals announcing the availability of your space and the appointment of MJB Real Estate Services Corp. as your exclusive broker.
• Supervise the creation, printing and e-mailing/mailing of a fact sheet to the brokerage community.
• Contact appropriate decision-makers in the retail community from MJB’s database of over 3,000 qualified retailers.
• Establish target market and canvass prospective tenants from New Haven, Fairfield and Hartford Counties.

MJB will prepare monthly activity reports with presentation to the Owner as well as a comprehensive analysis and discussion to be held every month regarding the status and progress of the marketing of subject property.
