MJB is proud to announce a successful lease transaction in Milford, Connecticut. Arby’s Restaurant has leased 3,850 square feet on a pad site located at Milford Crossings Shopping Center. Arby’s joins national retailers Walmart, Circuit City, Barnes & Noble, Staples and Petco at this fantastic Route 1 location. Arby’s signed a 20 year lease with four 5-year options to renew.
