Mark J. Brockwell, President of MJB Real Estate Services, most recently successfully acted as leasing agent for both 330 Westport Avenue, Norwalk, CT and 300 Boston Avenue, Bridgeport, CT. Over 15,000 square feet was leased at 330 Westport Avenue to a tile showroom, Choice Automobile and Truck Rental, and E and W Electrical Wholesaler. Over 2,000 square feet was leased at 300 Boston Avenue, which is comprised of a free standing building with drive-thru access, and was most recently leased to the New York Chicken and Biscuit franchise.
