MJB is proud to announce 3 lease transactions which fully occupied MJB's Norwalk portfolio.

Mark Brockwell of MJB leased 1,280 square feet to Bagel Man Express at 336 Westport Avenue. A former Subway Restaurants location, Bagel Man Express signed a 10 year lease. Operations commenced November 2009.

Steven Makowski of MJB leased 1,500 square feet to Attitude Dance at 330 Westport Avenue. Formerly on Wall Street in Norwalk, Attitude Dance signed a 5 year lease. Operations commenced February 2010.

Mark Brockwell of MJB has leased 1,500 square feet to Masas Arepera's Restaurant at 330 Westport Avenue. With plans to open in late Spring of 2010, Masas signed a 5 year lease.
