MJB is proud to announce 3 lease transactions at 6540 Main Street in Trumbull, CT, home to Marisa's Ristorante, a staple of Trumbull.

Aimee Montanaro of MJB has leased 1,200 square feet to Dunkin' Donuts for a term of 10 years.

Dan Johnson completed a 1,000 square foot lease to Allstate Insurance for a term of 10 years and also a liquor store tenant has leased 3,000 square feet (to be built).

Dan Johnson & Kim Wagner of MJB collaborated in a successful lease transaction of 12,000 square feet to Perfect Party.

Perfect Party signed a 10 year lease at Hamden Plaza located at 2100 Dixwell Avenue, which was formerly home to PETCO.  This is Perfect Party's fourth location in Connecticut.  Other operating locations throughout the state are in North Haven, Branford and Waterbury.

Mark Brockwell of MJB completed a successful lease transaction at Dawid Square Shopping Center located 3863 Post Road in Southport.

Soccer & Rugby Imports signed a 10 year lease for 6,040 square feet. They will be re-locating from their current location at 3300 Post Road. Soccer & Rugby has stores in Southport, Ridgefield and Greenwich.

Mark Brockwell of MJB has been retained as the exclusive tenant representative for Emtees Can & Bottle Redemption Centers.

Emtees opened (February 2010) a location in East Haven, CT at 684 Foxon Road and is currently seeking retail locations consisting of 4,000 to 6,000 square feet throughout Connecticut, Westchester County, New York and southern Maine.
