MJB is proud to announce a successful lease transaction in Milford, Connecticut. Arby’s Restaurant has leased 3,850 square feet on a pad site located at Milford Crossings Shopping Center. Arby’s joins national retailers Walmart, Circuit City, Barnes & Noble, Staples and Petco at this fantastic Route 1 location. Arby’s signed a 20 year lease with four 5-year options to renew. Kimberly Wagner of MJB represented the Tenant and Staubach Retail Services represented the Landlord.

MJB is proud to annouce that it has leased space to Dunkin' Donuts in New Haven, Connecticut. The property is located at 936 Chapel Street in New Haven, across from the New Haven Town Green. Dunkin' Donuts leased 1,400 square feet for a term of 5 years and has three five-year options to renew.  Tom Giordanella of MJB represented both the tenant and the landlord in this transaction.

MJB is proud to announce that it has been appointed as the exclusive tenant representative for four retailers:

Touch of Elements will be represented exclusively by Todd DeLuke of MJB in Connecticut. Touch of Elements operates nationwide. They are currently seeking four additional locations in Connecticut. Required square footage is from 1,800 to 2,500 square feet.

Donuts Delight will be represented exclusively by MJB in Connecticut. Donuts Delight operates three locations in Connecticut and is seeking to open three more locations. Square footage requirements call for in between 2,000 and 2,500 square feet.

Golftec will be represented exclusively by MJB in Connecticut. Golftec operates nationwide. Their goal is to open four additional locations in Connecticut with space requirements of 2,000 to 3,000 square feet.

Starwood Hotels will be represented exclusively by MJB nationwide. Starwood requires 2.5 acres of land in downtown markets.

MJB is proud to announce that it has acquired 500,000 square feet of new management accounts. MJB's new management accounts include two major shopping centers, one in Cromwell, Connecticut and the other in Bristol, Connecticut.

Other management accounts include office buildings, retail shopping centers, industrial complexes, flex properties and residential buildings.
