MJB Real Estate Services Corp. was founded in 1989 by two real estate professionals, Mark J. Brockwell and Daniel D. Johnson. Initially, MJB Real Estate was primarily a Real Estate Brokerage and Leasing Firm providing its clients with a full range of real estate services.

In 1990, MJB expanded their range of real estate services to include full service property management. In this capacity, MJB assisted financial institutions in making educated decisions about their foreclosed real estate.

Mr. Brockwell’s retail leasing and investment experience coupled with Mr. Johnson’s investment and management background has allowed MJB to grow into a competitive and respected full service commercial real estate firm with offices in Fairfield, New Haven and Hartford Counties.

MJB now manages, leases and sells properties throughout the North East. The company’s portfolio of properties includes retail shopping centers, commercial office buildings, residential apartment complexes and industrial buildings.

MJB Real Estate Services Corp. has a dedicated staff of real estate and sales professionals who manage and oversee their leasing, investment, property management, and maintenance divisions.
